STEP 1: Create a new tenant (customer)
Create a new customer in GetCompliant by going to https://do.getcompliant.com
- Chose the page "Tenants"
- Click on "Create new"
- Add:
- Name of the customer
- Default culture (language)
- Other languages the customer wants to activate
- Timezone
- Email (can be customer@getcompliant.com)
- Username (e.g. supporthamburgers)
- Password: Can be the same as the username
- Tip! Put in the customer logo to make it more bespoke
- Once the new customer/tenant is created, we recommend to turn on "Quick answer" which enables a check box instead of showing all answer options like "Yes and No", it shows the checkbox instead
- We now have an empty customer / tenant that we can fill and build with the content given by the customer
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Get material from the customer
What will they be setting up/what to digitize? It could be material containing:
- Food safety
- Operations
- Fire safety
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Depending on how the customer wants to follow up, the first step is to set up:
1: MODULES: Food safety, operations, fire safety
Create a new module
1: Go to Tasks
2: Click on Create new module
Example of how it looks when following up:
2: PROCESS: When creating a module, the system automatically creates a process with the same name as the module. Create more processes if you have tasks that differ a lot between the locations, as they can be turned on and off locally
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3: PROCEDURE: When creating a module, the system automatically creates a procedure with the same name as the module. An example can also be recepies
4: TASKS: When creating a module, the system automatically creates a procedure with the same name as the module. Create more procedures
There are 2 ways to create a task:
1: Create a task from scratch
2: Create a task by copying another task
5: AREAS: The areas/checklists are what the users see on the Daily Schedule.
Examples of areas can be:
-Opening ☀️
-Closing 🌙
- Temperature checks 🌡
- Bar 🍸
- FOH 🍬
- Kitchen 🍔
Drag and drop the task to the area that you want to to be in. A task can be added to more than one area, but NOTE! Tasks can not be deleted from only one area. If you want to delete the task it will be deleted from all areas where it is published.
